Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed order. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We will contact you to discuss your requirements, pricing and delivery options before confirming any order.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where we are unable to fulfil the requirements within the requested timeframe.
All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is provided on a per-order basis and may vary depending on design complexity, specialist ingredients, serving size and delivery requirements. A deposit may be required to secure your order date.
Payment is not taken at the point of enquiry. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before we begin work on your order. Remaining balances are due no later than 5 working days before the collection or delivery date.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances (such as equipment failure or supplier issues). In this event, we will provide a full refund and contact you as soon as possible.
We deliver throughout the Bradford area and wider West Yorkshire using our own vehicles. Delivery to other locations may be arranged; please contact us to discuss. Delivery fees vary by location and will be confirmed at the time of your order. We take every care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs after delivery.
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soya and other common allergens. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are entirely free from traces of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.
